Interior Design & Real Estate
Having an in house and experienced Interior Designer and Master Home Stager to assist you in preparing your home for sale is an invaluable service. I work alongside my husband Mark Middleton to help clients stage their homes to show their full potential. This aspect is instrumental to our success, as I project manage and help our sellers every step of the way from the initial appointment to the day of the photoshoot. Understanding Your Vision
First, we’ll sit together and discuss how and why you want to transform your space—from what irks you to what inspires and excites you. We’ll also explore your unique way of living to make sure beauty meets function in every aspect of our design.

Creating The Blueprint
Next, we put pencil to paper—sketching, plotting and problem-solving until the most elegant design solution reveals itself. Once we’ve crystallized the design concept, we’ll provide you with drawings, floor plans, color palettes and key finishes, so you can visualize your space from the get-go.

STEP 3: PROJECT MANAGE
Bringing It All To Life
Once you have approved the design, we finalize construction documents and begin purchasing furniture and accessories. We provide detailed drawings and material schedules to the trades and schedule regular site visits to consult and problem-solve. We are sensitive to how stressful and disruptive this process can be. Know that we will be your advocate from start to finish. We will follow up on the loose ends and ensure your new space is as perfect as we imagined. We’ve got this!
